Present were Chairman Martineau, Commissioner Skinner, Commissioner White, Finance Director Ed Blackman, County Attorney Marty Lambert, Clerk of Court Jennifer Brandon, Treasurer Kim Buchanan, Clerk and Recorder Charlotte Mills and Commission Assistant Glenda Howze. Not present were citizen members Lisa Ash and Tom Egelhoff.
